New Managers Come to Anapa

Krasnodar, 13 October. A new outburst of coronavirus sickness rate has reportedly occurred in Krasnodar krai. 

In Anapa, most deputy mayors were replaced last week. 

On October 8, deputies of the City Council approved the candidacies of the deputy mayors. Only three officers retained their posts; the others gave way to former regional and federal officials. 

Svetlana Balaeva, ex Minister of Resorts and Tourism of Krasnodar krai, was appointed First Vice Mayor. 

Vitali Voronov, ex Head of the regional Department of Investments, became another vice mayor, responsible for project management, investments and long-term development, IT management and communications. Ilona Lysykh from the same regional Department became Chief of Anapa City Administration. 

Two new vice mayors came from the Omega Centre, which was engaged in the building of the Olympic facilities in Sochi. Aram Kukhtiev, ex Deputy Head of the Executive Committee for the Operation of Office Buildings of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was appointed Vice Mayor responsible for property relations, architecture and town-planning work.
