Krasnodar, 30 September. Last year, Anapa City Hall was holding a session of the interdepartmental workgroup charged with analysis of observance of town-planning and land legislation.
Presently, the Commission checking the observance of town-planning legislation founded after the visit of Kuban Governor Veniamin Kondratiev to Anapa in August continues its work. By now, the Commission has initiated follow-up measures in respect of sixteen construction sites which committed violations of law.
The Residential Complex Akvarel located at Omelkov Street was one of such defaulted projects. Initially, the project had provided for the erection of 24 nine-storey blocks of flats some 300 m off the seashore. In August, Acting Mayor Vasili Shvets cancelled the construction permit.
The City Hall has also cancelled the construction permit for three fifteen-storey blocks at Anapskoe Highway; a number of construction companies were denied to increase the number of the flats in the presently erected blocks.
