Krasnodar, 8 September. The statistic figures for coronavirus morbidity rate are again growing in the Kuban region.
At the end of the last week, the daily rate again exceeded 90: on Friday, 92 patients were diagnosed with the disease; on Saturday – 90; on Sunday – 93. On Monday, the regional Ministry of Health Care announced 91 proven cases of t he disease. This time, kids are quite often getting infected – say, in Krasnodar five patients aged two to seventeen were diagnosed with COVID-19; a seven-month-old baby fell ill in Novorossiysk.
The statistics of lethal cases is not getting better, either. The Ministry continues to report lethal cases, and the victims were not always elderly persons. On the weekend, four coronavirus patients died in the region, of whom three aged seventy or more also suffered from cardiovascular diseases. At the same time, a 26-year-old inhabitant of Kropotkin died despite having been connected to an artificial lung ventilation apparatus. The doctors stated that he was suffering from diabetis.
