Krasnodar, 16 June. The regional Legislative Assembly has reportedly discussed the progress of the short-term plan of the regional program on capital repairs of apartment buildings.
The lack of personnel qualified to deal with technical documents and organise governmental procurements, the lack of contractors, and insufficient construction control were named as the causes for the delay in performing certain types of repairs during the implementation of the program, which was why the functions of the technical client were returned to the regional operator.
The participants of the parliamentary session stressed that a peculiar attention should be paid to repairing of utility facilities.
Yevgeni Akutin, Deputy Minister of Housing and Utility Services, and Fuel and Energy Complex of Krasnodar krai, reported about the plans to perform repair works in 933 apartment buildings to the total amount of 3.6 billion roubles. The plan for this year has been changed: 78 apartment houses were added on the list, and 14 houses were excluded from it by decision of the co-owners. As on the beginning of June, the works were completed in 185 houses. By November 2020, all works are to be fully accomplished.
