Krasnodar, 14 April. A number of alleviations of the quarantine regime have reportedly been introduced in Krasnodar krai this week.
The changes were set by an order issued by Governor Veniamin Kondratiev. For instance, citizens now may use their cars to move inside the respective settlements and municipalities to settle their issues. In that case, they will not need a permit, but the police officers may stop them to clarify the reason for the journey.
Besides, on April 12 the ban on the work of outdoor fairs and food markets was lifted – but the decision whether or not to open them should be taken by the municipal heads, based on the local epidemiological situation. Say, Anapa Mayor Anatoli Poliakov decided not to open the markets and the fairs yet. Krasnodar Mayor Yevgeni Pervyshov, in his turn, announced that some open-air markets in the city may be opened provided they have fulfilled all requirements of the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare. The Multipurpose Service Centres also resumed their work on April 13, except for the offices located in the malls. The documents can be submitted by appointment only.
The results will reportedly be rendered on a first-comefirst-served basis, with a limited number of applicants present in the hall.
