The recurrence is celebrated in the Kuban for the second time. In the course of the event, Governor Veniamin Kondratyev awarded the winners of the regional contest of professional skills in the cattle breeding and fishery complexes.

Now the Kuban region is the leader in Russia in the production of drinking milk. For the first time in the regional history of animal husbandry from each cow gave more than eight tons of milk, and it is more than a ton above the overall Russian figure. The region is the first in terms of pig husbandry development, among the five leaders in meat and egg production. In addition, the number of cattle heads is growing.
Venyamin Kondratyev, also pointed out that all the State aid measures from last year, remain in place . The financing of the livestock industry has increased to 1.8 billion rubles. It has been planned to increase this figure to two billion rubles.
