Krasnodar, 27 August – Yug Times. The federal centre will render financial aid to the Kuban region to finish a series of long-delayed construction sites, Vice Prime Minister Vitali Mutko announced while inspecting Krasnodar accompanied by Governor Veniamin Kondratiev last Friday.
Mr. Kondratiev explained that over the past three years, the region has been systematically working to settle the flay co-owners’ problems: a register of long-delayed projects has been compiled, investors are being searched to finish the projects, and a special fund is being established due to the latest legislative changes to help complete the projects.
“A decision was taken to establish a state-run company to finish the most problematic sites,” he said.
“We are ready to support you. For the first time, 16 billion roubles have been allocated this year [by the federal budget] to finish long-delayed construction projects throughout the country. But what has to be done is to inspect all houses and run the procedure of bankruptcy, to understand the volume of the money required,” Mr. Mutko stated.
