Krasnodar, 13 August – Yug Times. The results of the work in municipalities on the formation of the boundaries and registration of the landscaped areas have reportedly been discussed at a meeting in Krasnodar, presided over by Vice Governor Sergei Boldin. The municipal officers reported of the measures taken to review the land use permits issued to parks, public gardens and boulevards.
In all, there are nearly 2,000 landscaped areas in Krasnodar province. They occupy an area of 3,400 hectares. Earlier Governor Veniamin Kondratiev ordered that they should be registered with the cadastre system. As on now, the work has been fully and blamelessly fulfilled in Beloglinsky, Kalininsky, Novopokrovsky, Otradnensky, Pavlovsky, Tbilissky, and Shcherbinovsky rayons.
“In many municipalities, the problem has not been solved so far; 69 land parcels declared as ‘green areas’ fail to comply with the aims of the use of these areas,” Mr. Boldin stressed. He instructed the municipalities to bring the ‘green areas’ into line with their intended use within shortest time.
