Krasnodar, 31 July – Yug Times. Five new potentially popular tourist destinations have reportedly been identified in Adyghea.
They all will be located in different areas. Inver Kalashaov, Chairman of the republican Committee for Tourism and Resorts, was quoted as announcing these new tourist zones: The City of Maikop, The Kurdzhips River Valley and Foothills, Kamennomostsky – Dakhovskaya, the Left Bank of the Kuban River, and Lagonaki.
In Maikop, the tourist zone will encompass the embankment and the recreational forest area, Mazdakh. The scheduled cost of the project is 163.5 million roubles.
Several investment projects aimed at the development of a thermal spa will be fulfilled in the Kurdzhips valley.
The core of the Kamennomostsky – Dakhovskaya area will be an ethnic village to be built near Dakhovskaya.
The plan for Lagonaki provides for the development of alpine skiing. The regional leaders also believe that it is necessary to better use the potential of roadside service and malls built in Takhtamukai rayon.
