Krasnodar, 24 May – Yug Times. The federal educational project on entrepreneurship for beginning and acting businesspeople has finally reached as far as Krasnodar.
The Entrepreneurship Factory is the only training course in Russia licensed for business education. Krasnodar has become the 16th city in the country to launch this unique project.
“Lately, a lot of different courses, trainings and other multiformat business teaching variations have appeared – regretfully, few of them are efficient. Most frequently, what such courses can offer is just nicely looking theory, not supported with practice,” the businesswoman Olga Gorkhiyan explains.
The Entrepreneurship Factory has become a completely new and innovative project. It includes a well thought-out course of lectures combined with practical trainings (the latter take up nearly 80% of the entire course). The lessons are led by owners and top managers of big companies, ready to share their experience and knowledge. Even after graduating from the ‘Factory’, its former students will be able to resort to their tutors for advice.
The Entrepreneurship Factory in Krasnodar works in three directions, one of which is called, Factory – Children, for 8 to 17 yearold students.
Olga Gorkhiyan says that it is a prejudice to guess that enterprising spirit is an inborn ability, and if one was not born with it he or she would never succeed in business. “In any sphere, there are people who succeed, and those who lose. Entrepreneurs themselves are the main enemies of entrepreneurship – when they start persuading themselves that ‘it’s not going to work.’ The Factory’s students work with psychologists and business coaches that correct their internal state on the way to self-development.”
