Krasnodar, 3 May – Yug Times. Krasnodar region has reportedly been visited by members of the Provisional commission of the Federation Council on improvement of legal regulation in the sphere of governmental and municipal control. The delegation was headed by Chairman of the Federal Council’s Committee on legislative practice and organisation of parliamentary activities, and included Senators Aleksei Kondratenko and Belan Khamchiev.
The senators visited a farm in Dinskoi rayon (district) and a waste recycling plant near Kopanskoi village.
The Federation Council is interested in the fulfilment of 12 national projects formulated by President Putin, which is why senators are prepared to listen to the relevant regional problems and opinions and, if necessary, to correct the legal field for the implementation of the national projects and perfection of the governmental control.
The senators accompanied by Vice Governor Andrei Korobka and regional Minister of Agriculture Fedor Dereka visited Yuri Ilchenko’s farm in Novotitarovskaya, specialised in dairy cattle husbandry. The farmer has 722 head of cows, 680 sheep and 150 goats. The daily milk yield is 9.5 tons. The governmental support received by the farmer was expressed by a bank loan issued on privileged terms and a possibility to renew the milking facilities with the financial help of a state program.
