Helping Business Circle Avoid Traps

Krasnodar, 1 May – Yug Times. On April 23, Krasnodar played host to the first free conference dedicated to mistakes frequently committed in the restaurant and hotel business. The conference called “Pro. Rake” (alluding to the Russian saying ‘to step on a rake’ meaning ‘to fall several times into the same trap’) was organised by the federal project of regional hospitality industry development, “HORECA by” and supported by the regional Ministry for Resorts, Tourism and Olympic Heritage and branch of the all-Russia organisation of small and midsize business “Opora Russia”. The Yug Times was an information sponsor of the event.

Over 200 hospitality industry managers and executives visited the conference to learn how to avoid making mistakes in the restaurant and hotel business. The title of the event was more than once explained during the session: “Experience is when you step on a rake. We will share our experience with you, so that you will either step over the rake or bypass it.”
