Krasnodar, 19 April – Yug Times. In 2019, the labour market will live in a new economic reality, experts of Rabota. ru, a federal recruitment service, stated. Companies will cease living by long-term strategies - the longest planning horizon will be three years only. The ne employees will be recruited according to the principle ‘here and now’. For the applicants, money will become the main positive reinforcement; teamwork, projects, tasks, additional education and other nonmaterial motivations will pale into insignificance. Neither employer’s brand nor comfortable office will remain bright motivators any more.
“Sales experts will continue to be popular for Kuban employers. Their share in the list of vacancies amounts to 31% of the total amount of offers placed at hh.ru in 2018,” Irina Veretennikova, HeadHunter South Director, asserts. “The demand for working professions more than doubled compared with 2017, soaring from the fifth up to the second most popular demand on the list. The demand for construction jobs remained at the 2017 level (11%).”
The forecast for 2019 predicts high demand for food, digital and fashion retail positions, drivers, forwarding agents, storekeepers, waiters, cooks, foremen and labourers. Online marketing will need SEO- and SMM-experts, directologists and email-marketing consultants; in development business - programmers, analysts, testers, product and project managers. Pharmaceutics will need working force for production facilities and chemists’ shops. Personnel gap will remain in the IT sphere and digital segment. On the other hand, back-offices will experience abundancy of jobs. Banking, HR and construction sectors are not having good prospects, either. Despite automation of nearly all spheres of labour relations, experts believe that a human will not be fully replaced by robots in the near future - but that may happen in several decades.
