Krasnodar, 9 April – Yug Times. Last week, Krasnodar played host to a sitting of the trilateral commission on regulation of social and labour relations. The session was chaired by Vice Governor Anna Minkova.
According to federal law, the Krasnodar region had for five years been assessing labour relations. As on now, 991,000 jobs, or 92% of their total number in the region, have passed the assessment.
“Without the assessment of their labour conditions, the employees will not be able to get lawful remuneration for their work with harmful and dangerous factors,” Ms. Minkova said. “It includes shortened working hours, additional vacations, higher wages and early retirement.”
She also reminded of administrative responsibility for every workplace remained unchecked.
