Krasnodar, 13 February – Yug Times. The annual Russian Investment Forum begins in Sochi on Thursday.
The Krasnodar region pins special hopes on the biggest business activity in southern Russia.
The main topic of the event will be the fulfilment of the National projects, aimed at the growth of labour productivity. development of small and midsize businesses, and solution of other economic and social tasks. The Krasnodar region plans to implement 42 regional projects in 11 national themes. They are meant to ensure positive dynamics of further transformations in the life of the nation on the whole and of the Kuban region in particular. This time, the stand of the Krasnodar region will be presenting most promising projects in various branches of economy. Traditionally, the most interesting business ideas will be presented in the agricultural sector.
Lately, the Krasnodar region has made itself known as the main industrial centre in southern Russia. This segment is also going to present a bunch of interesting – for the region as well as for the business sector – projects, like the construction of an industrial park in Novotitarovskaya, the Dinskoi district. The cost of the future business platform of the area of 10.3 hectares is amount ot 1.5 billion roubles.
Sustainable economic growth causes heightened attention to logistical infrastructure. No wonder that the Kuban region annually demonstrates new ideas in this sector too. Say, on the eve of the forum Governor Veniamin Kondratiev presented the project of the Southern Export-Import Hub to Russia’s Vice Prime Minister Maksim Akimov. Mr. Kondratiev was quoted as saying in this respect that the opening of such platform is of national rather than purely regional importance.
