Krasnodar, 1 February – Yug Times. One of the important stages of the construction of a main sewer at Petr Metalnikov street in Krasnodar has reportedly been completed.
The specialists have joined two sections of the sewerage pipe. The new main sewer will let dispose the rainwater from Rossiyskaya street and thus stop continuous inundations of the road surface and the adjacent yards.
“The incut in the main sewer performed beneath the road surface at the intersection of Metalnikov and Rossiyskaya streets has been accomplished; now reinforcing works are being performed,” Artem Aganov, Director of the Unified Customer Service communal utilities provider said. “When the works are completed, our specialists will level the road segment and do the landscaping. The vehicle traffic along Petr Metalnikov street, that was blocked during the assembly of the main sewer, will be resumed within a month.”
Another stage of the large-scale drainage system – the laying of the sewer along Moskovskaya street – is also nearing completion. It will be cut into the main sewer at Metalnikov street.”
