Krasnodar, 17 January – Yug Times. In his welcoming speech delivered on the occasion of the national Day of Prosecutors, Governor Veniamin Kondratiev noted that stability in all spheres of life is in many respects preserved owing to the work of the Prosecutor’s Office. “Your work is required to let the region further develop and pick up speed of economic growth,” he said. “The Prosecutor’s Office deals with acutest problems that need quick solutions.”
Regional Prosecutor Sergei Tabelsky reviewed the results of the work of his office in 2018. Over that period, the Prosecutor’s Office considered more than 180,000 claims; more than 40,000 persons were received by the office executives.
The prosecutors recorded more than 124,000 legal abuses. Peculiar attention was paid to the problem of shared construction projects – about 300 transgressions were revealed in this spheres. During the solemn gathering, the best executives of the Prosecutor’s Office received government awards.
