Krasnodar, 20 November – Yug Times. The Krasnodar regional authorities reportedly plan to allocate over 218 billion roubles for the fulfilment of 26 governmentsupported programs.
According to the draft law “On regional budget for 2019 and the planning period of 2020 and 2021”, the money will be used for the development of the agriculture, traffic network, culture, and regulation of the markets of agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuff.
“We can state that the budget has been compiled with an excess of the revenues over the expense,” chairman of the regional Legislative Assembly explained. “The region’s revenues for 2019 have been scheduled at 229.6 billion roubles, and the expenditures – at 229.4 billion roubles.”
As it was earlier, up to 70% of the budget is to be assigned for the social and cultural sphere. Considerable sums will go to cover the thorough overhauls of medical establishments, schools and preschool institutions, purchase of medical equipment, development of medical rehabilitation, resort treatment of children, and rendering of hi-tech medical aid.
The bill also provides for a 5% raise in the salaries of governmental-paid institutions.
