Krasnodar, 13 November – Yug Times. The Armavir State Teacher Training University has become the venue of the second zonal semifinals of the staff competition, “Kuban Leaders – Movement Upward!”
A hundred managers from 18 municipalities, including entrepreneurs, trade reps, physicians, teachers, local deputies, deputy district heads and city mayors, gathered for the contest. Heads of five municipalities acted as experts and tutors.
“Our municipalities need strong contemporary managers, able to resolve quickly and efficiently most difficult tasks,” head of the regional Department of Personnel Policy Gennadi Striuk noted. “We did notice such personalities in Armavir, and now we are following their advancement within the framework of our project.”
The 100 future finalists will get a chance to take part in educational programs and on-the-job training at various companies. Besides, they will receive personal consultations from top-managers of major companies and state figures, and will be issued a personal development plan.
