“This is why, from the clients’ viewpoint I would call the fast access to the solutions and advanced technological practice, including that beyond a company’s main activity, as the main current trend. In Russia, for example, 87% of our clients are midsize and small companies. Quite often, they are more conservative and not prepared to take a quick decision as to change their processes - they tend to see other companies’ [successful] examples first. Companies are now looking for the technologies that would help their business approach the next level. And this is what we can give them, for SAP is more than 3,000 solutions for 25 industries.”
