Krasnodar, 28 September – Yug Times. On October 5, Krasnodar will again be playing host to the eleventh annual ‘Housing Fair’. We asked Aleksandr Poponin, Director General of Yuzhnye Vystavki Ltd., to recount about this event.
“Our project is the only housing project presently operating in the city, which is natural: we were the first real estate exhibition in Krasnodar, and we ourselves developed the working system and increased its efficiency. Then the competitors appeared, but they had nothing to oppose to our approach to the organisation of the Housing Fair. “The secret of success and stability of our project lies in competent approach to the choice of the partners and sites, correct advertising and business programming. We are producing an interesting product that at the same time is profitable for the participants and the visitors.
“The main challenge of our fair is to organise real and concentrated sales. Over the three days of the work of the fair, some 7,000 to 10,000 people visit the stands of our participants, and all of them are their potential customers, ready to strike a deal. No sales office would ever be able to offer such a great stream of target visitors.”
