Krasnodar, 4 September – Yug Times. Special workgroups will reportedly be organised in the municipalities of the Krasnodar region. Their main task will be to reveal the facts of the use of the lands for other purposes than specified.
The analysis will be carried out in the framework of activities aimed at fulfilment of the Governor’s resolution on mobilisation of additional revenues into the regional budget. The wrong practice of the use of land plots for other purposes than legally permitted has reportedly become spread in the region. According to Mr. Kondratiev, quite often instead of individual residential houses hotel complexes are built in the resort areas, or shops and car services in Krasnodar. Such practice is detrimental for the budget, because the land tax rate in case of hotels is 28 times higher than that specified for individual residential houses.
