Krasnodar, 21 August – Yug Times. The right of ownership for 11 unauthorised kiosks has reportedly been cancelled in Krasnodar. The Mayor’s Office has become actively involved in the elimination of the unlawful trade outlets, installed at lively crossroads. At the beginning of the year, Mayor Yevgeni Pervyshov ordered that these outlets should be pulled down.
As soon as the kiosk owners learnt that the city administration began to that the unauthorised constructions should be dismantled, they tried to underpour the foundations under the kiosks to have them look as permanent structures, but the municipal control put an end to these attempts.
In 2017, 119 unauthorised kiosks were pulled down in Krasnodar, and 85 were dismantled this year. Besides, 37 suits against unlawful trade outlets were brought to court.
