Krasnodar, 9 August – Yug Times. By the end of the year, the government of the Republic of Adyghe plans to choose the investor and to grant it the right to develop and operate the traffic rules violation monitoring system in the region. It is planned that a concession agreement will be signed with the investor for the existing 37 photo and video recording cameras against the obligation to finance the installation of 190 CCTVs and 6 weight control posts, and to service them.
“The money to be received as fines will be sent to the regional budget and to the investor in fixed shares,” regional Minister of Economic Development and Trade Oleg Toporov said.
