Krasnodar, 22 March – Yug Times. Krasnodar City Hall plans to withdraw several land plots from their owners to build a new road to Yubileiny residential neighbourhood.
Krasnodar Mayor Yevgeni Pervyshov has signed a resolution on withdrawal of six land plots in favour of the city. These plots are currently owned by Krasnodar State Agricultural University, Krasnodar Research Institute of Agriculture, Russian Federation, a private person, and a wholesale company.
According to the approved survey of title, soon new land plots will be organized and then purchased from the owners. If the owners would disagree with the set price, the case would be considered at court — but Deputy Director of the Department of Municipal Property and Urban Lands Ilya Pavlov was quoted as saying that usually the owners are offered a well-substantiated price for their lands.
