Krasnodar, 3 February – Yug Times. Krasnodar authorities plan to build new residential communities near the city’s Eastern detour.
The blocks are to be erected close to the townships of Znamensky and Zelenopolsky. The Mayor’s Office has planned public hearings to be held on the issue on February 12.
“During the public hearings, the territories of two 70-hectare land plots, located in the Karasunsky Diestrict between Zelenopolsky and Znamensky, will be reviewed,” announced Nadezhda Panayotova, deputy director of the city;s Department for Architecture and Urban Development.
The first facility will reportedly accommodate a 1,100-strong school, a 500-strong kindergarten, an outpatient’s clinic, and welfare institutions.
The other neighbourhood will have two 1,100-strong schools, two 500-strong kindergartens and one more 220-strong preschool establishment, an outpatient’s clinic, a church and green zones.
