Krasnodar, 1 February – Yug Times. The meeting of creditors of Etalon Development Ltd. has resolved to appeal to the regional Arbitration Court asking them to prolong the follow-up period.
The decision was related with the outlooks for resumption of the construction of the residential neighbourhood Bagration in Krasnodar.
Markus Romano, the Swiss co-owner of Etalon Development, plans to arrive at Krasnodar in February to negotiate on possible completion of the project. It is planned that after giving out the number of flats prepaid by their future owners and selling out of the rest of them, Etalon Development would be able not to fall into losses but at least to achieve zero profitability.
