Krasnodar, 31 January – Yug Times. The Russian Investment Forum to be held in Sochi on February 15–16, has collected more than 1,100 applications from Russian business circles and regional leaders, and managers and executives of 138 international companies.
The preparatory work to the large-scale business forum was discussed at a recent conference chaired by Governor Veniamin Kondratiev who was quoted as saying that Kuban as the hosting party must ultimately receive most dividends from holding this activity.
“We must be not only the hospitable hosts but also active participants [of the forum],” stressed Mr. Kondratiev. “We should arrange contacts, lure the investors, get to know others and learn from others.”
The total cost of the 440 business offers prepared by the Krasnodar exceeds 170 billion roubles.
