Krasnodar, 25 January – Yug Times. The number of incorrectly issued construction permits has dropped down in the Krasnodar region.
Say, more than 12,300 permits were issued in Kuban in 2016. The regional Department for Architecture and Urban Development together with the Prosecutor’s Office checked 650 permits and revealed 231 divergences with law. Mostly they concerned shortage of car parking spaces, exceeding of the allowed number of storeys, and lack of specifications for connection of the project to engineering networks.
In 2017, the number of divergences was halved: the constructors were issued 13,500 permits, of which nearly 800 were inspected and 135 divergences revealed.
