Krasnodar, 8 November – Yug Times. The regional Ministry of Economy has announced the results of the regional contest “My Future is Krasnodar Region!”.
The declared goal of the activity was to involve local people in the process of development of the Strategy of socio-economic development of the region until 2030. The participants were given a unique platform to reveal their creative potential and a real opportunity to take part in the formation of the region’s future.
Altogether, over 200 projects were submitted; of which about 150 moved into the final round.
The jury panel had to work hard to identify the best papers. It is worth noting that one of the main conditions of the competition was personal presentation of the author’s ideas to the experts. While they were giving their points, online voting called People’s Judgement was going on — so that the winners were chosen by the both results.
The participants of the prize-giving ceremony were Vice Governor Igor Galas, Minister of Economy Aleksandr Ruppel, and Managing Director of Leontiev Centre — AV Group Consortium, Kuban — 2030 project director Aleksei Krylovsky.
Addressing the triumphants, Mr. Galas made special reference to a high level of preparedness of the participants: “We as the organizers and developers of the Strategy are glad that now you also became part of our big team that is writing this important document, that you contributed your mite, your vision and your proposals.”
All contestants received certificates of participation.
Part of the project may get practical application in the future at the municipal or regional level, or be proposed to investors.
