The Yug Time continues its series of essays about the most successful women of our region published in the framework of the media project ‘Heroines of Our Time’.
They say that God helps those who help themselves. Tatiana Sergienko’s course of life may be considered an example of the correctly chosen way. She has always liked large projects, and if she got down to some business she would always do it perfectly. At first, she graduated from Secondary School No. 1 at her native town of Leningradskaya with a gold medal. Then she studied at the Food Industry Technological Institute in Moscow (and received Moscow Mayor’s personal scholarship as a best student), later – at the Moscow Academy of Finance patronized by the Russian Government.
For the past seven years, Tatiana has been at the head of the Retail Department of the Krasnodar regional branch of Sberbank, No. 1 Russian bank, where she is responsible for planning management, customer service excellence, cooperation with companies and partners, organization and holding of active sales campaigns, management of remote service channels, and work with well-off clients. Whatever may happen, Tatiana Sergienko always keeps the given word, revealing her high professionalism and demanding the same from her staff.
Her working day begins early in the morning and finishes at night – but she has since long ago been used to this tough schedule. Her working routine includes analysis of a huge volume of information – checking of figures, reading of reports and of course her English lessons.
