To be a leader is responsibility and serious self-cultivation. A leader is not the one that guides; it is the one that is followed. Larisa Beketova, Director of YugStroiImperial Construction Company, is such personality.
She has gone through a long way to success. Having had a long work experience in banking, one day she decided to change the course of her life – and she conquered new summits in the construction business.
During the four years of her work at the Kropotkin branch of the Sberbank, Larisa Beketova was promoted to the position of deputy chief accountant; then her career developed at a branch office of the Yugbank: she worked as Branch Director for seven years. Then she worked in a number of other banks – until she understood that she was not interested in the financial market any more. And Beketova took up the construction business.
“Working for YugStroiImperial as Business Development Director, I had to start learning from scratch,” recalls Larisa Beketova. “My team together with the managers and owners held a series of events aimed at the upgrading of business processes, program products, and personnel training. These innovations helped double the sales.”
Naturally, Beketova’s number one priority is her family. “I have two daughters and a granddaughter,” says she. “The main family tradition I have inherited from my mum is to cook dinner bearing in mind all family members’ preferences.”
Larisa Beketova amazes by her openness and zest for life. Her eyes are shining when she talks of her work, family or mountains. You can at once tell that she is an absolutely happy person.
