Moody’s has changed outlook on Krasnodar’s rating from ‘negative’ to ‘stable’

Anyway, the outlook of economic development of Krasnodar gives rise to concern among the experts of the company, inform TASS.

The agency which is included to The Big Three credit rating agency has changed the rating outlook of Russian cities and regions in the better way. After changing the overall assessment of the Russia from ‘negative’ to ‘stable’ the agency started to give a more optimistic consideration to development prospect of separate subjects of the country.

«Particularly, Moody’s improved the outlook on Russia’s Ba1 rating of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg, Ba2 rating of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and Moscow region. Besides, the outlook on Russia’s Ba3 rating of Samara region and Chuvashia, B1 rating of Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk and Nizhny Novgorod regions and B2 rating of Volgograd were changed», as the message says. At the same time the agency Moody’s are in no haste to change the negative rating of two regions - Omsk region and Komi Republic, and two cities - Omsk and Krasnodar.
