There will be twelve nomination for earlier created tattoos and four nominations for artists who will create their tattoos during the festival.
On this festival there will be master classes for beginning tattoo artists, and all the visitors can correct their failed tattoos. The International tattoo festival will take place in Sochi since 28 till 30 of April.
