ЮГ Times. On September 29–30, Krasnodar will play host to the regional program of the Russian Shopping Centres Council. The attention of the attendees of the forum will be focused on retailers’ desires and peculiarities of their interrelations with developers and management companies. Not by a mere chance, the event will take place at OZ Mall, one of the biggest emporia in South Russia. On September 29, it will become the venue for a discussion how to construct a concept of a shopping centre that would satisfy both customers and lessees. “Construction of objects similar to OZ Mall means investment in our country,” stated Yelizaveta Luchitskaya, Regional Director for Dyer’s (a British design bureau) Russian Operations. The agenda for September 30 includes a conference “Anti-crisis practice in South Russia, or What the Retailers want.” Managers of some major national and international chains (Magnit, IKEA, Podium Market, Zenden and others) will share their work experience with shopping centres.
