ЮГ Times. The Italian delegation was visiting the Kuban region to present an ambitious project to be performed under the aegis of the Italian Embassy, General Honorary Consul of Italy in Krasnodar, the Italian-Russian Trade Chamber, GIM Unimpresa and Confindustria Russia.
“The main growing points that may yield an economic result are agriculture, processing industry and tourism,” Kuban Governor was quoted as saying at the meeting. “They may become a basis for mutual cooperation between Italy and Kuban.”
“We have faith in the economic potential of the Kuban region and in an opportunity of profitable investing and mutually profitable development,” said Nicolo Fontana, head of the Department of Trade and Economy of the Italian Embassy in Russia, in return.
