More than 2,000 higher school students have become flat owners owing to a special program.
Its main idea is to provide maximum comfortable conditions to purchase flats for the families with university and senior high school students. A set of special financial services has been developed for that purpose: in particular, reduction of bank interest rate and the sum of initial mortgage payment, or an opportunity of a year-long delay in payment may be granted without charge for interest. If a would-be landowner still lacks money for the initial installment, they may open a Mortgage deposit with unique conditions of money transfers as a payment for the flat, a discount of up to 1,200 rubles per square metre, and reservation of the flat. In fact, the initiators of the program did all to exclude situations when a purchase would become impossible.
The program has been approved by the regional administrations of the Krasnodar krai and Rostiv oblast and recommended for implementation with students.
