Krasnodar, 18 August – Yug Times. It has been announced that Sergei Lagutin was appointed Deputy Governor of Krasnodar Krai.
The relevant order was signed by regional Governor Veniamin Kondratiev.
As Deputy Governor, Sergei Lagutin will oversee the work of the regional Department of Construction, the State Housing Inspectorate, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, the Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Situations, and the Department for Supervision in Construction.
Sergei Lagutin was born on 14 May 1992 in Novocherkassk, Rostov Oblast. In 2014, he graduated from the Platov South-Russian State Polytechnic University with a degree in Hoisting and Conveying, Construction and Road Machinery and Equipment. In 2026, he graduated from the South Russian Institute of Management with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.
He has worked for organisations specialising in technical testing, architecture and engineering surveys.
Since April 2025, he had served as acting Deputy Head of the North Caucasus Directorate of the Federal Service for Environmental, Tech nological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor). In June 2026, he was appointed DeputyHead of the organisation.
