Krasnodar, 25 September. Adyghea Expands Support for Entrepreneurs and Self-Employed.

New steps are being taken in Adyghea to strengthen support for small businesses and self-employed indi viduals. A corresponding agreement was signed at SPIEF 2025 between the Republic of Adyghea and the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

The partnership focuses on financial support for SMEs, increasing their participation in public procurement, and helping self-employed citizens access state and corporate markets. Among other initiatives, small and medium-sized enterprises will be able to join ‘supplier development programs’ for state-owned companies.

“In addition to the current financial support mechanisms, such as guarantees through the National Guarantee System—which helped over 340 Adyghean entrepreneurs secure funding last year—local businesses will now gain access to special loan programs with interest rates below the key rate,” said Aleksandr Isaevich, Chairman of the Corporation.
