Krasnodar, 4 June – Yug Times. The Krasnodar City Hall has announced that utility infrastructure for land plots allocated to large families in the settlement of Prigorodny will be in place by this summer.

Electricity and water are expected to be available in July, with gas connections scheduled for August. “Many families have already begun building homes. Electricity has been installed within the area, and supply lines are under construction,” said Mayor Yevgeni Naumov. Construction and installation works on the power grid are nearing completion. A total of 80 electricity poles have been erected, with 64 more still to be installed. The 10 kV power line will stretch 27.4 kilometres. One substation has been installed, and another is under construction. In June, technical connection to the grid is planned, followed by the inclusion of the site in the municipal property register and its transfer to the utility company in July.

"By the end of the first half [of the year], all construction, installation, and commissioning works on the external electricity supply will be completed," the mayor added.
