The highest wages among blue-collar professions in the Kuban region are earned by tilers and reinforced concrete builders, Avito Rabota data for the first quarter of this year assert. Analysts at the platform note that the trend is driven by the development of infrastructure projects in the Krasnodar region, increased demand for individual housing construction, popularity of renovation work, and preparations for the summer dacha season.
“In the first quarter of 2025, the highest-paid specialists in Krasnodar Krai were tilers,” the Avito Rabota press service reported. “The average offered salary for tilers in the region was 169,000 roubles per month, which was 31% more than last year. These professionals are especially in demand to do interior finishing of residential and commercial spaces.”
In second place were reinforced concrete builders – specialists in building reinforced concrete monolithic structures.
