Krasnodar, 28 May – Yug Times. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Adyghea has reportedly reviewed progress on housing initiatives for young families, orphans, and the relocation of residents from dilapidated housing. The session featured a report from Valeri Kartamyshev, Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities, and Road Infrastructure of the Republic of Adyghea. According to Kartamyshev, under the national program "Providing Affordable and Comfortable Housing and Public Services for Citizens of the Russian Federation," 98 young families are expected to receive new homes in 2025. The project, valued at 243 million roubles, will be partly funded by the federal budget (79.1 million roubles). In April, 17 families received new housing, and the remainder are scheduled to move in by the end of September.

In parallel, the region is allocating 333.8 million roubles to provide housing for orphans in 2025 – 300 million from the republic’s budget and 33.8 million from the federal government. These funds will be used to purchase 97 apartments; 73 have already been acquired.
