Krasnodar, 27 May – Yug Times. Kuban ranks high in public-private partnership development in Russia in 2024.
The ranking was presented by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
In 2024, five concession agreements were concluded in the Krasnodar region. The total investment under these agreements amounted to 23.8 billion roubles, of which 20.8 billion were private investments. This result placed the region 8th in the national ranking for the level of development of public-private partnerships.
In particular, two concession agreements were signed in 2024 in the Tikhoretsk district in the housing and utilities sector. They are aimed at upgrading heating and water supply facilities. These improvements will increase the reliability and efficiency of the systems, reduce resource losses, and improve the environmental situation in the municipality.
