Krasnodar, 19 March – Yug Times. In 2025, complimentary personnel recruitment courses will be conducted for representatives of the Kuban agro-industrial complex.
This initiative is expected to contribute to the resolution of the pressing issue of staff shortage in the industry.
“Last year, for the first time, a course was organised on the development and retention of personnel potential at production facilities. This course was developed in collaboration with HR-Academy and the regional Centre for Advanced Professional Training,” Mikhail Dorozhkov, First Deputy Minister of Industrial Policy of the Krai, noted. “This year, the programme will be open to managers and specialists in the human resources departments of agricultural enterprises.”
The inaugural course is scheduled to commence in the upcoming April.
