Krasnodar, 5 March – Yug Times. Elections were held last weekend in seven Kuban mu nicipalities.
Everywhere, United Russia candidates won.
In the Ust-Labinsk district, the heads of four commu nities were elected. Yekaterina Kiulafly was elected head of the Vimovskoye rural community, and Valenti na Avdzhian head of the Leninskoye rural communi ty. Irina Kravchenko became head of Kirpilskoe rural community. Ruslana Khasieva was elected in Voro nezhskaya.
“In the current geopolitical situation, the interaction be tween the population and local authorities becomes of particular importance,” said Anton Konovalov, a member of the Public Election Observation Centre in the Krasno dar region. “Citizens have a lot of questions, especially families of participants of the ‘special military operation’ and those who have experienced difficulties in life. Peo ple tend to address these problems to their municipal authorities, as the heads of municipalities and local dep uties are the most responsive to such requests.”
