Krasnodar, 22 January – Yug Times. In Krasnodar's rapidly developing residential neighbour- hood of Novoznamenskoe, a healthcare infrastructure is being established.
The neighbourhood is constructing a network of six roads. The project is scheduled for completion this spring. At present, 60% of it is complete. As Krasnodar Mayor, Yevgeni Naumov, has noted, the passages will connect several residential high-rise blocks, social facilities and private sector.
This initiative is expected to enhance the accessibility of the area for residents, with an anticipated completion date of this year. However, the primary focus remains on ensuring safe access to school No. 108 and kindergarten No.
190. The contractor is obliged to fulfil this 'social' part of the project in the first turn, i.e. by the end of March. A turning circle for buses will be constructed in the vicinity of the pre-school institution, as announced by Yevgeni Naumov via social media.
The total length of the roads is 4.8 kilometres. The width of the carriageway will be up to 14 m, with between two and four lanes on different sections. The construction is part of the national project 'Housing and Urban Environment.' Eight teams are working at a time on all sections. Five out of the six roads have been fully paved with sand-gravel mixture. Besides, half of the pavements have been completed, and the installation of a storm water drainage sys- tem is nearing completion.
The storm water collection pond will have a capacity of more than 18,000 cubic metres.
