Krasnodar, 2 January – Yug Times. In 2024, the region's industrial enterprises received more than 3.7 billion roubles in development funding.
Of this amount, 2.1 billion roubles were used for additional capitalisation of the Industrial Development Fund. The provision of subsidies and favourable loans has facilitated the establishment of six new industrial production sites within a one-year period, including three import-substitution projects. Furthermore, six enterprises have initiated a pilot production of new product types. Overall, over 100 manufacturing enterprises in the region supported industrial innovation, technical upgrading and expansion in 2024.
Noteworthy among the import-substituting production facilities that have been established are four lines of generic medicines in the Krymsk district, a composite swimming pool production facility, and a new production facility for video surveillance cameras in Krasnodar. The Kavkazsky district has initiated the production of soil injectors, cultivators, hydraulic cylinders and components for agricultural machinery.
