Krasnodar, 28 August – Yug Times. New residential properties in the Krasnodar Region resorts have gone up in price by 20.1% since August last year. The average price per ‘square metre’ in the Black Sea resorts of the region reached 258,100 roubles, according to the federal portal ‘World of Apartments’. The most expensive city was Sochi - here a square metre in a new building costs on average 374,400 rubles. Of the reviewed resorts, Tuapse was the cheapest, with 177,980 roubles per square metre.
Anapa was the leader in price rises over the past year; a square metre there became more expensive by 44.1%. Novorossiysk grew by 45.6%, Tuapse showed a smaller increase, 24.1%. Sochi rose in price not so noticeably – by 6.1%, and Gelendzhik – by 6.9%.
"Such uneven growth of the prices can be easily explained: Sochi and Gelendzhik have been rapidly rising in price over the last three years and have almost reached the price peak, while Anapa and Novorossiysk are ‘pulling up’ only now," explained Pavel Lutsenko, General Director of the federal portal ‘World of Apartments’.
