Krasnodar, 19 September – Yug Times. The first block of the Kino Housing Estate – more than 500 flats – has finally been put into operation in Krasnodar.

This is one of the largest problem-plagued construction projects in Krasnodar, where about 1,000 defrauded shareholders should receive housing. The Kino Housing Estate is located at 100 Uralskaya Street. The total construction area is 15,734 square metres. The works started in 2014 and were planned to be completed in 2016. The readiness of the buildings varied between 30% and 70%. Since 2021, one of big local developers started to complete the construction.

“It is really a holiday when a project involving cheated shareholders gets completed. A holiday both for those who after many years of waiting got their flats, and for the builders who kept working in any situation, did not stop and believed in success. A lot of work has been done, but we can’t stop, for the second stage of completion of the facility and people waiting to receive the keys stand before us,” said Vahan Harutyunyan, CEO of the investor company.
