Krasnodar, 6 August – Yug Times. Rental and service-sector businesses have seen the strongest demand growth among buyers of ready made businesses in Krasnodar, with parcel collection points taking the lead in supply growth. The trends were identified by Avito analysts in their review of the second quarter of the year. Demand for businesses in the rental sector increased by 23%, while service-sector businesses recorded a 7% rise. By contrast, demand fell for beauty and wellness businesses, down 5%, and for food service businesses, which declined by 7%. On the supply side, parcel collection points recorded the strongest growth, with the number of businesses offered for sale rising by 23% compared with a year earlier. Meanwhile, fewer beauty and wellness businesses (down 3%) and agricultural enterprises (down 6%) were put on the market.
"Entrepreneurs are increasingly looking not simply for a business idea, but for a turnkey solution that allows them to start operating more quickly and reduce risks at the outset," said Alek sandr Mirskoi, Director of the Avito Business 360 division.
